SSC MTS Cut Off for 2017 Expected + Previous Year Merit Lists

The Staff Selection Commission, abbreviated as SSC, is a specialty branch of the Government of India, responsible for recruiting non-technical staff, specially group B and C staff for the Ministries or Departments of the Government of India, C.A.G and other important posts and offices.
Recently, they have declared a total vacancy of 8300 in the field of multi-tasking staff at a number of different posts. The SSC MTS examinations would be held on different dates from 16th September to 31st October 2017.
The exam would be held in two different stages. While there would be a written online examination for the SSC MTS there would also be a descriptive examination once you qualify in the written online examination.

Expected SSC MTS 2017 Exam Cut off Marks

SSC MTS Cut off will be announced region wise. Based on the available vacancies and the competition, the ssc mts exam cut off will be different for each state and the categories.
Seeking the competition for the exam, we are estimating the following cut off for MTS Examination held in September-October 2017:

You must clear stage 1 which is mainly an Objective Written Examination where your reasoning ability and numerical aptitude would be obtained for 25 marks each and General English and General Awareness would be tested for 50 marks each.
This test which would be held out of 100 marks is scheduled to be a 2 hours examination. After you clear stage 1, stage 2 would be awaiting you in the form of a Descriptive paper where you would be asked to write a Short Essay or a letter in English or languages that fall under the 8th Schedule of Indian Constitution.
This examination of 50 marks would be a test for half an hour. While paper 1 can be taken in Hindi and English, a negative marking of 0.25 marks would be obtained for wrong answers.
